Groove Life
Spring Hill, TN
When Groove Life owner Peter Goodwin made the decision to relocate his headquarters to Spring Hill, TN from Alaska, Premier Design Build was hired to renovate an abandoned building to a modern well thought out facility.
1035 Parkway Drive Commercial Condos
This concept was developed in Spring Hill , TN. It is a commercial warehouse space opportunity for developers or as an investment property. It could also be used for a self-employed contractor office or showroom, storage or warehouse space. Phase 2 is beginning September 2021.
Spa Haus Nashville, TN
This was an addition to the original building located in Berry Hill. The owner wanted to add more client rooms to her spa all while keeping the original look of the existing spa.
Cabin Coffee Columbia, TN
Premier Design Build gutted a former bank building including removing a walk-in concrete vault in June of 2021. The project was completed in November 2021 and is slated to open December 13, 2021.
